Co-founder and lead inventor of the OralKleen toothbrush. Senior Director of Evidence Based Practice at Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI) with a 40-year history at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
John Frye
John Frye is the National Vice-President Supply Chain Operations & Finance at CommonSpirit Health (CSH). He is the appointed board member representative of OralKleen by CommonSpirit. Prior to his current position at CSH, John served as Manager, Operations Advisory for KPMG. John has an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a Master of Supply Chain Management from University of Michigan.
Tim Crown
Tim Crown is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Insight Enterprises, Inc., a $9 billion+ global technology provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ. Insight is a Fortune 500 company that is publicly traded on Nasdaq: NSIT and serves clients in more than 180 countries worldwide. Tim and his brother Eric also manage AZ Crown, a family office that invests in startups and early stage companies.

Linda Hunt has been with Dignity Health for more than 22 years and currently serves as the CEO of Dignity Health Arizona and it’s five in-state hospitals—St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center and Arizona General Hospital. She has received local and national recognition for her leadership in the healthcare field, including being named one of the “Top 25 Women in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare.
Meridell Sloterbeek
Meridell Sloterbeek is the Regional President of Select Medical, a leader in healthcare with more than 47,000 employees. Select owns and operates long term acute care and inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, as well as occupational health and physical therapy clinics. Meridell holds an M.B.A. in Health Care Administration and Management from Golden Gate University.
Lindley Bliss, MD
Dr. Lindley Bliss, MD is an Internal Medicine Specialist in Phoenix, AZ and has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from University of Kansas School of Medicine medical school in 2000. Dr. Bliss currently serves as Chief of Staff and Opioid Task Force Chair at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
Omar Gonzalez, MD
Dr. Omar Gonzalez, MD is an Internal Medicine Specialist in Phoenix, AZ and has over 24 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, Facultad De Medicina Alberto Hurtado medical school in 1996. Within the Dignity Health Arizona Division, Dr. Gonzalez currently serves as the Chair of Hospital Epidemiology, Infectious Diseases, and Antibiotic Stewardship.
Mike Tully
Mike Tully is the Managing Partner of Horizon Strategic Advisors. He is the former President and CEO of Arizona AAA where he led the transformation of the organization into one of the fastest-growing AAA organizations in the US. Tully serves on the board of CopperPoint Mutual Insurance and chairs the Audit and Compliance Committee. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Gainey Business Bancorp, and is a board member for the United Way.
