Tyler Hoehn
Chief Executive Officer

Tyler joined OralKleen as CEO in April 2026 and leads the company’s vision, growth strategy, and commercial execution across the healthcare continuum. With over a decade of experience in the medical device industry, he has a strong track record of scaling businesses, driving go-to-market transformation, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Before OralKleen, he held leadership roles overseeing commercial teams and supporting the growth and performance of established healthcare businesses such as AirLife, Vyaire, and AVANOS Medical.

He holds an MBA from Capital University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Miami University.

Kurt Kenzler
President & Chief Operating Officer

Kurt serves as President & Chief Operating Officer of OralKleen and has led the company’s product development and commercialization efforts since its inception in 2020.

He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in product engineering, operations, and commercialization in the highly regulated industries of aerospace, energy infrastructure, and medical devices.

Kurt has held leadership roles at global technology companies including Rolls-Royce Holdings and Honeywell, as well as multiple high-growth technology startups. A hands-on executive and servant leader, he specializes in guiding organizations through complex technical challenges, fast-paced environments, and resource-constrained scaling initiatives.

He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Kurt Kenzler

Michael Acevedo
Chief Revenue Officer

Michael Acevedo joined OralKleen as Chief Revenue Officer leading the company's commercial strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth initiatives. He has significant executive leadership experience in the medical device industry, a proven track record of building high-performing commercial organizations, bringing innovative technologies to market, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Prior to OralKleen, Michael held executive commercial leadership roles with Vyaire Medical, AVANOS Medical, Carefusion, Biosense Webster (Johnson & Johnson), Ethicon (Johnson & Johnson), and numerous emerging medical technology companies. In these roles, he consistently transformed commercial organizations and successfully brought innovative healthcare technologies to market.

Michael holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.

Headhsot - Cindy Sullivan
Cindy Sullivan, MN, RN, ANP-C, CNRN
Vice President of Clinical Affairs

Cindy joined OralKleen as Vice President of Clinical Affairs in 2023 and leads the company’s clinical implementation strategy, education, and evidence-based practice initiatives. With more than 35 years of experience in neuroscience, critical care, and advanced practice nursing, she has dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes through innovation, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Before joining OralKleen, Cindy held advanced practice and leadership roles at Barrow Neurological Institute, Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, and Johnson & Johnson/Codman & Shurtleff. She also served as President of the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses and has contributed extensively to national and international nursing education, publications, and program development.

Cindy holds a Master of Nursing from the University of Phoenix, an Adult Nurse Practitioner degree from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa.

Barton Faber

Vice Chairman of the Board

Bart Faber serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at OralKleen, bringing more than three decades of executive leadership across marketing services, technology, and venture capital. He previously served as Group President at RR Donnelley & Sons, where he oversaw business operations within the company’s advertising and marketing division. He went on to hold Director and later Vice Chairman roles at Canto, a global leader in digital asset management software, and currently serves as a Part Owner at Atrium Capital, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm focused on technology investing. Bart holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from New York University. He brings this cross-disciplinary background in operations, technology, and capital markets to OralKleen’s board as the company scales its mission to prevent hospital-acquired pneumonia.

Gary Lauterbach

Medical device executive with extensive experience in the ventilator and tracheostomy market and long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in the pulmonary space. Has been involved in numerous startups in the healthcare device field.

Manoja Lecamwasam

Dr. Manoja Lecamwasam is a healthcare innovation and life sciences executive with extensive expertise in intellectual property strategy, clinical innovation, and commercialization within large health systems. She currently serves as System Vice President of Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Innovation at CommonSpirit Health, where she leads initiatives focused on advancing innovative healthcare technologies and medical solutions.

 

Previously, Dr. Lecamwasam held leadership roles in innovation and licensing at Massachusetts General Hospital/Partners Healthcare and Dignity Health. She holds a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Tufts University School of Medicine, along with graduate business and molecular biology degrees, and brings a strong combination of scientific, operational, and healthcare innovation expertise to the Board of Directors.

Tim Crown is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Insight Enterprises, Inc., a $9 billion+ global technology provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ. Insight is a Fortune 500 company that is publicly traded on Nasdaq: NSIT and serves clients in more than 180 countries. Tim and his brother Eric also manage AZ Crown, a family office that invests in startups and early-stage companies.
