Barton Faber
Vice Chairman of the Board
Bart Faber serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at OralKleen, bringing more than three decades of executive leadership across marketing services, technology, and venture capital. He previously served as Group President at RR Donnelley & Sons, where he oversaw business operations within the company’s advertising and marketing division. He went on to hold Director and later Vice Chairman roles at Canto, a global leader in digital asset management software, and currently serves as a Part Owner at Atrium Capital, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm focused on technology investing. Bart holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from New York University. He brings this cross-disciplinary background in operations, technology, and capital markets to OralKleen’s board as the company scales its mission to prevent hospital-acquired pneumonia.
Gary Lauterbach
Medical device executive with extensive experience in the ventilator and tracheostomy market and long-term relationships with key opinion leaders in the pulmonary space. Has been involved in numerous startups in the healthcare device field.
Virginia Prendergast, PhD, NP, FAAN
Chair of the Board
Co-founder and lead inventor of the OralKleen toothbrush. Senior Director of Evidence Based Practice at Barrow Neurological Institute with more than 40 years of experience at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.
Manoja Lecamwasam
Dr. Manoja Lecamwasam is a healthcare innovation and life sciences executive with extensive expertise in intellectual property strategy, clinical innovation, and commercialization within large health systems. She currently serves as System Vice President of Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Innovation at CommonSpirit Health, where she leads initiatives focused on advancing innovative healthcare technologies and medical solutions.
Previously, Dr. Lecamwasam held leadership roles in innovation and licensing at Massachusetts General Hospital/Partners Healthcare and Dignity Health. She holds a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Tufts University School of Medicine, along with graduate business and molecular biology degrees, and brings a strong combination of scientific, operational, and healthcare innovation expertise to the Board of Directors.
Tim Crown
Tim Crown is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Insight Enterprises, Inc., a $9 billion+ global technology provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ. Insight is a Fortune 500 company that is publicly traded on Nasdaq: NSIT and serves clients in more than 180 countries. Tim and his brother Eric also manage AZ Crown, a family office that invests in startups and early-stage companies.
